Team Commanders gives your employees or colleagues a chance to participate in a team building wargame that will help improve interaction, and develop communication and planning skills. After all, teams that play well together will work well together. A little "role play" is encouraged as this will increase their enjoyment, and we will throw in a few little surprises to also enhance the fun.

Based around re-enactments in miniature of historical battles or campaigns, your team needs to work together to achieve set objectives in a bid to win victory points. Our primary games (US Plains Wars and The Sudan) pitch everyone against umpire-controlled opposition. They have been designed to be challenging so that if the players do not think about what they are doing, communicate and support each other, they are unlikely to do well. Our secondary games (Gangsters, WW1 Dog Fight and Wild West Gunfight) split the players into two or more groups, and again they need to work well as teams in order to do well.

Our games can be tailored in length and complexity to match your requirements for fun and challenge. We can also provide a facilitation service to analyse the performance of the team and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Our secondary games are fully portable so if you wish to stage them at a venue of your choosing, this can be arranged. Smaller versions of our primary games can also be provided if required.
